Managed IT disposal and IT logistics: Our asset recovery logistics agent will contact the customer-designated contact to schedule a pickup. Pickups will be scheduled during normal business hours Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm local time unless otherwise noted. Any changes to pick ups already scheduled must be done with a minimum of 48 hours notice from the pickup date.
Customer packed equipment: KSA or designated partner will pick up the equipment from a ground level location on the customer site allowing for easy loading and removal of equipment.
KSA / Partners packed equipment requirements: KSA requires customer to arrange packing unless otherwise noted in the agreement. KSA will require the pickup items to be on a central ground level location of the customer site for removal purposes. Please note: U.S. only.
Pickups: We generally will not schedule pickups for single items or small quantities. An agreed-upon minimum pallet load will be discussed with the client prior to scheduling a pickup. Items greater than 60 pounds may incur additional shipping charges if noted in agreement.
Legal: Use of this scheduling form is for our client's convenince, and in no way constitutes a contract or binding agreemnt. KSA reserves the right to negotiate or reject any items or equipment to be picked up. Proof of ownership may be required.
